Hi, I'm Brandy Pan.

I’m a content creator, mentor for professional business organizations, healthy lifestyle blogger, and contributing byline-writer for major health and wellness publications.

But years ago, I worked in stressful management jobs in Corporate America.

Most of the time, I felt boxed-in, not doing passion work or fulfilling my potential. I suppressed anxious-irritated feeling-thoughts that showed up at home or work.

These similar internal feelings were sprinkled throughout my life from personal and work changing situations, where I became good at adapting quickly.

…And for a few years, I got a taste for good work-life balance and vowed never to step back into hurting health and stress causing environments or less-than moods that could lead to burnout.

But it didn’t take long before the enthusiasm waned in the daily rat race grind. And performance pressures settled in, working in fast-paced, competitive Washington DC area jobs.

Those situations triggered anxious-irritable moods. And early on, I was too busy to notice or change my slowly drifting off-balance symptoms.

And it was only a matter of time before new roles and responsibilities brought out the worst in my daily symptoms, so bad that in 2008 I decided to take a trip across the country to personally learn how to cure my daily irritated moods and restore my mind-body back to my feeling balanced self.
